WHAT type of food should be cooked for a wedding?

Well considering there will be a wedding cake, i do not think you need to go over board on desserts. Maybe do a chocolate fountation and have different items (strawberrys, apples, etc.) for guests to dine on. I think the menu sounds very good so far and you have pretty much everything. Maybe some bread or rolls to go with everything? Different variety of breads/rolls would be a good addition. It sounds delicious though and good luck!
