I want to get a tattoo?

I want a tattoo on my back, I want it to be Proverbs 27:19. " as the water reflects the face so the heart reflects the person" How would that cost. ? Does price vary depending on where I have it placed ? I was also thinking about maybe not puttin it on my back and puttin it on my pec. Well anyway, Could anyone give me a estimate ? I just turned 18, and me and my friend want to get a tat. I chose sum from th bible cus that never changes and it means sum to me :)
