Plz help my aunties got cancer?

ok, my auntie is diabetic, has roomatoid authritas, gas got brittle bones, and gas recently had a form of skin cancer removed... For a year she has been feeling very uncomftorble in her stumoch and is convinced shes got bow cancer... Anyway shes constantly throwing up and is always constipated... She loojs very ill and all my family thinks shes got it too... If she has is a year long enough for it to spread??? And will she die??? Im worried thx
