I was friends with a girl that had herpes supposiddly, never had sex with her could i still have it?

I met this girl through my friend and he told me she supposdly had herpes. Now at first i was gonna have sex with her but never ended doing anything more sexual than just barely giving her a pec on the lips. Well i use sexual enhancing drugs every now and then and i sometimes masturbate for 12-24hours straight(LIKE A ROCK!) well i noticed that after this last time of masturbating for a whole day straight i had red blotches that look inflamed and are sore also they tingle(which im writing this to you right after this happened). but the thing is they are all above my penis area where pubic hair is.is this herpes or could it be from masturbating for such a ling period of time. The last time i hung out with this girl was about 4-6 months ago and now we did sleep in the same bed and i used her bathroom.had no problems just till today is it herpes?
