Won't it be sweet (for some people) if Republicans remove the Capital Gains Tax?

This is the most brazen attempt yet at tax cuts that benefit the wealthy almost exclusively. If this actually happened, the workers, those paid a salary or by the hour, would bear almost all of the tax burden. I'd love to see a conservative make a valid argument that this is in any way fair. (Hint: there isn't one)
