Enginering colleges in chandigarh and punjab?

i get 108 marks in AIEEE. My state rank is1900. So which colleges are good. I already heard about pec and uiet and knows about cutoffs marks but this year paper had 360 max marks so cutoffs little bit reducing. But i think i am not able to get admission in these colleges bcoz i am from gen category. So suggest me some good college for b.tech. I also heard about management seat. Please let me know abot management in pec or uiet give me some estimation of money.
