Cure for stretch marks?

I have fresh stretch marks on my obliques and my right pec/chest (I gained weight and muffin top after a recent surgery) =/ so I want to try whatever works. Under $20 hopefully. I don't care if its all natural or made by some company. I usually prefer all natural products but for this case, I just want whatever works effectively. I did search on yahoo answers and everything is from like 3-4 years ago.
