Why is my brother better than me?

ok im 16 my brother is 17 but he is WAYYyy better looking than me and he sounds like a lil boy still and hes way shorter than me.My parents say hes so cute and adorable and my aunties say that too and they tell me how im jealous of him even though i said nothing he looks like a 13 year old and its weird for his age i told him cause i look and sound wayyyy older than him.How can i make him get ugly like me
