ur body tends to hit a wall when u stay on the same routine. the muscles hit the peak and cant go any further. u need to change ur workout and trick ur body. as far as biceps i do them with back since ur biceps assist when doing... as far as triceps i do on the days i do chest, since they assist ur chest.. i would do chest before u do triceps though or ur chest excersises will b harder to do cause u have worn ur triceps out. hope this helps, good luck
