Losing Waist and Pectoral Fat?
I am a 19 year old male and over the past 2 years or so I have been on a high protein, low carb diet. At the beginning of this year, I joined a gym and lost quite a bit of weight, but now I am to the point where I need only focus on specific areas. I normally do a fairly rigorous treadmill workout followed by minimal weight training (til I'm tired). I mostly just have fat around my waist(below the belly button) and my pecs have fat. I do pec workouts, but it doesn't really do anything. What are some ways to seriously reduce the fat in these areas?
