It sounds likes you know what you are talking about. Also do pushups. For huge and hard pecs do the boxer pushup. I started with 3 sets if 10 then moved to 5 sets of 20. Also doing normal pushups for the same number of reps will help. Another great pushup workout for pecs are modified pushups. Start in a normal pushup position lower yourself down (not all the way) and hold forr as long as possible. I would say at least 15 seconds. Hope i helped!
