Is it normal for a 16 year old to have stretch marks while working out. ?

Im 16 years old. about 5'7" -5'8" and i weigh approximately 145 - 150. is it normal for me to have stretch marks where my pec and shoulder muscles unite? is there any way to get rid of them ? would protein help ? any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks for your help. (:
