How to deal with the most annoying kid ever?

Okay I am going to kill myself. I'm on a 20 day vacation. With my two cousins. One is 15-years-old and I can deal with her. But the other one, oohhh that other one. Ten-year-old boy, Most. Annoying. Kid. Ever.He touches everything, says the stupidest things, and does so many things to purposely irritate you. Oh and don't forget, every time he wants something "AhhHhhH Auntie I don't want to eat that!" or "AhhHhHhhH I don't want to do anything, I just want to stay in the hotel!" and it goes on and on. He literally says that at least 200 times a day. And now my question is: How do I deal with this little #$%@? I've ignored him but he still really bothers me and i can't escape it we are always together cause we are on vacation. Help!
