How long will it take to see a difference?

If you suddenly get to feel really good about your body, you can tell the difference in an instance. That is so nice. Like a beautiful flower unfolding, or something poetic like that. You girls express so much goodness and beauty through your soft, graceful bodies - and it is so nice when you know ;o)
