How can i bulk up and gain huge muscle?

Hey everyone, so im 18 years old, 6 foot 3, and 110kg, im a full time medical student, im hoping to gain a body that isnt so much ripped but bulky and muscular. Almost everyone i talk to about weight lifting says i have the perfect physique to become a body builder, because my should currently are about 2 feet wide measuring from shoulder to shoulder and i have a very large chest. So im now hoping to put this to good use. Im just wondering how can i achieve this goal? I don't have money to go the the gym, but i have just about everything i can think i would need. I have a bench press set with about 150kg of weight available, and i also have a typical home gym with a pec deck. So what do i need to do? What do i need to eat? What exercise? How long do i need to exercise a day? How many meals do i need a day? Do i need to do lots of cardio? Im 100% dedicated and i know this will take years to get to a final product, so if anyone can help with it would be very much appreciated!
