Does starving yourself make you lose weight and give you flat stomach ?
You will be very tired the whole day trust me I know this from experience lol. And starving yourself might last for a couple days but then your gonna want food so badly that it may cause a binge of a high amount of calories because your brain will be saying "EAT EAT". Eat proportioned healthy meals and instead of a snickers eat an orange, or a fruit of your choice. Do a little bit of running about 4 times a week and dont dont worry about what people are saying. When I was your age my dad used to say I was getting chunky and it used to bother me but then I realized that I just needed to eat healthy (Not starving myself but eating good things and cutting down my portions just a bit). You also need to keep in mind that at the age of 15 to like 20 your body will be going throught a lot of changes and you'll start to thin out and become more womanly as you get older and baby fat will come off. Do a little exercise and eat atleast 3 healthy meals a day with a few snacks like fruit in between and you will be feeling great in not time. But dont ever rush weight loss and dont get frusturated with it. The weight WILL come off and youll start to notice it fairly quick but no more than 1 or 2 pounds a week because any more than that is TERRIBLE for your body. And also if you do try to starve yourself the weight will NOT stay off it will come back as soon as you start eating normally again. Therefore its important to make it a lifestyle change instead of a temporary fix or 2 months after youll be back to where you started. Hope this helped.
