ahhh i eat alot of food. but im going to be a college runner so of course im runinng alot of miles... but like yesterday i ate a bowel of cerel, a box of mac and cheese, a grilled chicked sandwhich from sonic, and a baseket of fries from applebees! is that bad?!? ahh i jsut feel like im gaining alot of weight and its not good weight. please help with eating good foods that willl keep me energized for the active lifestyle i have :)
