im 20 and i work out every other day, but then ill slack for a while and not work out at all, this has been the case for a few years, i have a ok chest area,about 70% muscle the rest flab i guess.they loook between pecs/manboobs. i use bench simple push up and back down above my chest, im wondering are there other ways to do my chest because thers not much muscle at the top of my chest more at the bottom so it makes my nipples stick out a little to. any help?
