Date/s of u.s. visa available in Winnipeg?

i was thinking of going to US this november to visit my auntie, however i don't think i can go to calgary to get some visa since I'm not yet a canadian citizen. my friends told me that u.s. consultants visit winnipeg like once or twice a year to offer u.s. visa. i was wondering when and where they are coming here in winnipeg? hope you could help me. thanks! :D
